I wish I'd opted for that. Instead I decided to go and TT the Steyning course this am by myself, so I wouldn't have to miss swimming later. Cycled into numpty pedestrian running onto the road from between parked white vans on Hove seafront 10 m from pedestrian crossing. Bumped head and bruised knees. About to go to police station to collect bike. Evil or Very Mad

I know it's raining now and looks horrible but it is supposed to clear up later. Anyone going for a swim?

I will be there as usual and then decide whethe to bike or run, but will swim whatever, numbers permitting.

Probably won't train tomorrow as weather is expected to be wet. I know I can't get any wetter than a swim session but will probably do something indoors instead, in the warm Exclamation Must be getting old Wink

Also, I don't think Chris will be at Southwater now for a coiuple of weeks as he's gone to Mozambique on business.
