Bike/Run and Multisport Sessions

Erica Martin and Liz Halliday are leading / coaching some multisport sessions for the summer season. Attached is the schedule . There are also swim sessions at Pells for the summer (check out the training page - next on me 2nd August)

There are WhatsApp groups for Swimming and Bike / Run multisport that people can join - for swim email Matt Greenall and for Bike/run email Liz Halliday or Erica Martin.
